Dennis Quaid Admits To Use Of Cocaine
Dennis Quaid told Newsweek magazine recently that he used cocaine. He started in the early 1970s when he first went to Hollywood. Cocaine use was so prevalent at the time that it was actually part of the budget for a movie, Quaid stated. His use of cocaine became so prevalent in his life that he was only sleeping an hour a night. He decided to finally quit when he believed that he would be dead in five years if he did not quit. Luckily, he checked himself into rehab the next day.
He was lucky....most people are arrested before they ever have a chance to correct their mistakes or receive the treatment that they need. A charge of
possession of cocaine is a severe and common charge in Texas. Prosecutors take these charges very seriously and the consequences are long lasting.
